I need to admit I was extremely nervous about starting a sleep program with my then 7mo twins.. We really recommend Alexandra. If you are in doubt do not hesitate to contact her. From sleeping in the same room with our twins, and in the same bed, most of the night, with one of them, even so he had several wake ups during the night, naps of 30-40 min once or twice a day we arrived in the point where we just put them in their own room, in their beds and we go out. They have consistent sleep during the day, almost no wake ups during the night and even if they wake up they are able to put themselves back to sleep without our help and without the pacifier. Before starting I said i would be happy if they would just sleep alone, in their beds, in our room, without us breaking our backs trying to cuddle them to sleep. Well I was wrong :))) for the first time in over a year we can hear the tv while we sleep. We can also have friends over without being interrupted every half hour because one of them lost the pacifier. Alexandra is great, really involved and she is always there when you need her. So if in doubt, believe me, are the best spent money for you and for your children.![]()

If you are a parent that wants to sleep through the night, we strongly recommend working with Alexandra. We now have a baby that sleeps at night and day. We co-slept with our baby, and we loved it until he was awake every half an hour, and the only way he settled back was by breastfeeding to sleep. We knew he, nurses, far too long during the night for his age and that we were all tired. However, Alexandra taught us how to help our baby to self-settle. Currently, he has only one feed during the night and this is huge progress (reducing from 6 meals a night). Over a month Alexandra was very patient, she took into consideration our desires, she was very prompt in answering all the questions providing solutions for our problems. Now we have a baby that sleeps in his cot, self settles back to sleep and he goes to bed at 8 pm (before, he used to fall asleep around 11pm). Hello, Why did we reach BeesyMUM? Because we were going nowhere, tired and full of frustration. We have two wonderful sons, Vlad 2.3 years old who never slept and our 2 months old baby Radu with bad sleeping habits. With Vlad I did cosleeping, in the hope that it would help him settle but actually didn't help much, all night he would play with my hair and woke up whenever I moved. After 3 very hard nights the unbelievable happened, Vlad succeeded to sleep alone in his bed for 3-4 hours without interruption and after 2 weeks only with 1-2 short interventions during the night. Following the wake windows plan, Radu adjusted quickly and has a good start learning how to sleep and self settle. Now he sleeps the entire night only with feeding breaks and has almost 5 naps during the day. So, we succeeded! Everybody has a good and comfortable sleep in the house, Vlad can now stay concentrated during the day and also more cheerful. So, we come back to normal lives with BeesyMUM's help!
