My name is Alexandra Pache and I am a Certified Sleep Consultant in Birmingham, United Kingdom. I am the founder of BeesyMum, a qualified Early Years Teacher with over 14 years of experience and a proud mother of two Irish twins girls born in the same day a year apart. Having two children under  the age of two, I had the best practical experience helping them develop healthy sleep habits. Although I had confidence based on my vast experience with young children that I was implementing a healthy sleep foundation for both my girls, my youngest still struggled with sleep. After 2 years of sleepless nights with more than 20 awakenings (some nights she would wake every 20 minutes) and after I tried everything I could, I decided I NEEDED HELP from  a specialist because I was trying too hard with no consistent results. I enrolled myself in Sleep Nanny Academy, and from very early on, I realised I had misconceptions about how to put a baby to sleep which over the time had became strong misconceptions. It was hard work to train my girls to sleep, however I was very determined to succeed in doing so.

Now I have two great sleepers that they share a room and they go to bed on their own able to put themselves to sleep and stay asleep for the whole night. Consistency, routine and sleep golden rules help me and my family to benefit from quality sleep even during holidays, clock changes, sickness, teething or regressions. From my experience I truly understand that not getting enough sleep affects your state of mind, health and influences your experience and feelings of parenthood. Your child will also be struggling with sleep during their early development. A poor sleeper will develop challenging behaviours like screaming, crying, tantrums, naps resistance etc.
